ARTIFACT:
This is a Beautiful Pre-War Nazi, Eickhorn Model 1935 Army Dagger (Heer Dolch). The blade is a very fine. The etched Original Eickhorn Solingen manufacturers mark is beautifully executed! The tip and fit are perfect. The blade is excellent condition. The steel based, nickel-silver plated scabbard is in nice condition and perfectly matches the patina of the other fittings. The original throat retaining screw continues to remain intact. The zinc-alloy based, nickel-silver plated crossguard provides beautiful detail, nice lacquer and patina. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed with proud oak leaves and acorns. The yellow/orange trylon grip on this one is very nice.
