ARTIFACT: This is a theatre-made World War II distinctive insignia for the United States Army 61st Field Artillery Battalion. The insignia shows a missile bursting into flame against a divided crest.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" x 1"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze with red and black painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A

ITEM NOTES: This item has been rated a level IV rarity by ASMIC (the American Society of Military Insignia Collectors). This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCEL99 LBCEX02/19
