ARTIFACT:

This is a Scarce early WWII Minty Hand Made / Embroidered CBI Blood Chit with the Chinese Nationalist Flag at top.

Rare just post-AVG Period, early WWII hand-made United States Army Air Forces Blood Chit or Rescue Patch with silk stitched Chinese characters.

VINTAGE:

Circa early WWII.

SIZE:

Approximately 11-715/16" in height x 8-9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silk embroidered on silk.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto Flight Clothing.
