This is a mint wristwatch band by Elgin Watch Company used in both the United States Army and Army Air Forces during World War II.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:9-3/8" length and 13/16" width (at buckle).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton twill.
ATTACHMENT:Buckle with six reinforced holes.
MARKINGS:ELGIN.
