Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a wonderful example of a late WWII US Navy Navigator Wing by AMICO in 1/20 10K Gold of sterling silver. This wing has very light wear. The center of the golden wing is silver a compass with a fleur-de-lis indicating true north.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII

SIZE:

Approximately 5/8" in height by 2-11/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold on sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch

MARKINGS:

"AMICO 1/20 10K G ON S."

CONDITION:

9 (Excellent-Near Mint): Very light wear, tarnish is only on the reverse.
