ARTIFACT: Later WWII circa 1944 United States MID-X Type 2 Blood Chit. Great, salty condition, looks like it was on a "walk back" through the jungle! Chinese Aero Commission Chop is faint, but present. The top of the chit shows a Chinese flag and beneath Chinese characters, a light chop stamp, and shows the number: "W 64197". This example came to us with a Type 4 Chit (see link below).

VINTAGE: Circa WWII, 1944

SIZE: Approximately 9-7/8" x 7-5/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Rayon, ink

ATTACHMENT: N/A

MARKINGS: "W 64197", "(2)"

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): The Blood Chit shows moderate to heavy sun/light/age wear, the coloring is faint, great "e;salty"e; been there look!
