This is a late World War II United States Navy sterling silver bracelet from the carrier USS Leyte CV-3She was named after the largest naval battle ever: the Battle of Leyte Gulf in 194A likeness of the ship is in relief on the front of the bracelet.
VINTAGE:Circa late World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 7-3/8" length and 5/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Chain with decorative bracelet clasp.
MARKINGS:Maker's mark and STERLING on back of bracelet; STERLING on clasp.
