Late 60's US Army 54th Medical Det. (Helicopter Ambulance or "Dust Off") Pocket Patch

Late 1960's United States Army 54th Medical Detachment (Helicopter Ambulance or "Dust Off") pocket patch. This example was hand-embroidered in Viet Nam and shows a winged "54" in red and yellow detail with a thin black outline. The top center displays a red cross and along the bottom it read"HELICOPTER AMBULANCE" in black embroidered lettering and outside border.
