Late 1950s US Air Force 5th Fighter Interceptor Squadron Patch

This is a patch for the United States Air Force 5th Fighter Interceptor Squadron from the F-102 aircraft period (late 1950s). The patch shows a snarling lynx's head flanked by lightning bolts and five stars.

Circa 1959.

3-3/4" diameter.

Blue patch fully embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk/polyester threads.
