This is a late 1940s wing for Meteor Air Transport, a non-sked that was based in Teterboro, New Jersey from 1946-195The wing has a great luster and shows a globe at its center with the letters MAT above it.
VINTAGE:Circa late 1940s.
SIZE:About 7/8" in width by 3-1/16" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with "come-under" locking catch.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows some very small areas of light to medium wear.
