ARTIFACT:

This is a late 1940s official badge from the Arkansas War Memorial Stadium. The little Rock stadium was dedicated in September, 1948 by a Medal of Honor recipient, Maurice Britt. The badge is numbered 11.

VINTAGE:

Circa late 1940s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated brass with painted areas.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS:

None.
