Late 1930s - WWII Pittsburgh PA Special Patrolman Badge for Factory Protection or Other Duty

This is a circa late 1930s or World War II Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Special Patrolman badge, used for an officer protecting a factory or performing a similar duty. The badge is shield -'shaped with the number 523 at center.

Circa late 1930s-World War II.

Approximately 2-5/16" in height x 1-7/16" in width.

Plated brass.

Vertical pin on bar, drop-in locking catch.
