Description

ARTIFACT:

Japanese silk flag presented to Mr. Tanabe from Lieutenant Mr. OGA wishing him Good Luck during enlistment. The flag is signed by over 100 people and says: "Sincerity". Two corners of the flag are leather tipped with rope for hanging.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII.

SIZE:

Approximately 33-1/2" in length x 28" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silk, ink, leather, string.

ATTACHMENT:

Leather tabbed corners with rope for hanging.
