ARTIFACT: This is a World War II Italian-made badge for the Polish Army 5th Kresowa Infantry Division. Badge is shaped like a Knight's Cross and reads 5 K P D, one symbol on each of its arms. At center is a charging bull in full profile.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII.

SIZE: 1-5/8" height and 1-5/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel with brass center with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Pin with single-screw attachment.

MARKINGS: Appears that owner's initials were scratched on reverse but hard to make out.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a World War II Polish militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LBGEX1/10 SBJJX6/12

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine - Very Fine): Badge shows an even tarnish and some spots of oxidation but is in otherwise fine shape.
