Great WWII Zippo lighter customized in Italy for a member of the United States Army Air Forces 319th Depot Repair Squadron. The lighter is engraved "ITALY 1945" on one side and: "ROY" on the other, it was most likely enhanced as a souvenir for his father Tech. Sergeant Eliot Mann of Wareham, Massachusetts.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII
SIZE:Approximately 2 ¼" x 1 ½"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome plated brass
ATTACHMENT:Hinge.
MARKINGS:"MFG CO. BRADFORD, PA ZIPPO PAT. 2032695 U. S. A" on cartridge, partially rubbed off, hard to see (See photo).

CONDITION:5+ (Fine-): Lighter shows heavy wear/use, nearly all the plating remains intact.
