Great WWII United States Navy Submarine Service "V" for Victory pin from Portsmouth Navy Yard. The pin is Monel construction and displays great details of a submarine centered on the letter V.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" x 1".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Monel construction.
ATTACHMENT:Soldered safety pin.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a Submarine and Navy Yard collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TRVGEX TRFJX14 LADEX2/15 SACJX03/19
CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): The pin shows minor surface wear and tool markings on reverse, the Monel remains bright.
