Great WWII USMC Sweetheart Pin with Glass Picture Globe in Sterling Showing Marine & His Gal

This is a great United States Marine Corps sweetheart pin in gilt sterling silver with a glass photograph globe. The globe is two-sided and has a small photo of the Marine on the front and his gal on the reverse. The top of the pin is an eagle, globe and anchor with painted continents on the globe.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-3/16" in height and 13/16" in width.

Gilt sterling silver, painted details, glass, photograph.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch, suspension loop.
