Great WWII USAAF Flight Nurse Bracelet

This is a great World War II United States Army Air Forces flight nurse bracelet. At the center of the bracelet is a winged caduceus bearing an N.

Circa World War II.

Approximate 6-1/2" length and 9/16" width.

Sterling silver.

Chain with double-hooked bracelet clasp.
