ARTIFACT: This is a great World War II Pearl Harbor Navy Yard worker lapel badge. The front of the badge reads WE KEEP THEM FIT TO FIGHT and shows a scene from the navy yard made famous by the disaster of December 7, 1941. The badge is in sterling silver and was made by the Metal Arts Company of Rochester, New York.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: METAL ARTS CO. ROCH NY double mark on reverse.
