This is a Great World War II Era United States Navy Observer Wing (2nd Type, 1920s) Bracelet, possibly a Sweetheart Piece. 

VINTAGE:

World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/4" in height x 5-5/16" in length. Opening: 1 inch. Total Length fit to 6.

Wing: Silver / Bracelet: Stainless Steel.
