This is a circa World War II United States Army glider troops qualification badge. It is in silver-plated nickel, and shows the head-on view of a glider borne up by a set of large wings.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 15/16" in height and 1-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal British kick (Y) pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:The badge you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCJX12 LBGEX12/12
