ARTIFACT: Great vintage 1950's – 1960's screen-printed diner sign that reads: "TRY OUR DELICIOUS PIE A-LA-MODE" in white, neon green, and pink detail above a stylized image of a fork and piece of a-la-mode pie against a blue background. The reverse shows a maker mark that reads: "REVERE SIGN SERVICE 17 PIERCE STREET REVERE, MASS. 02151 TEL. (617) 284-8728" and the paperboard is maker marked: "CRESCENT QUALITY BOARDS"

VINTAGE: Circa 1950's – 1960's

SIZE: Approximately 11" x 9"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Screen-printed paper board, paint

ATTACHMENT: Hole at the top for hanging

ITEM NOTES: This is from an advertising collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MJV16 LBCX1/17 psBHX1/17

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine—Excellent): The sign shows minor to moderate wear mostly to edges, adhesive residue on reverse corner and foam adhesive over maker mark, colors remain bright, overall very fine condition.
