ARTIFACT: Great, rare, 1910's -1920's Socony Burner Corp. Serviceman photo ID badge by the C. C. Braxmar Co., New York. Socony Burner was part of Standard Oil Co. of New York, now Mobil. The center of the steel badge features a period photo beneath celluloid and surround the center it reads: "SOCONY BURNER CORP. SERVICEMAN" in stamped letters. The reverse is #'d "628". The badge came along with other items named to Harry Inden.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910's -1920's

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Steel, celluloid, photograph.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with 'C' catch.

MARKINGS: "THE C. C. BRAXMAR CO 242 W. 55. ST. N.Y.", "628"

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The ID shows minor to moderate wear, celluloid is free of cracks and photo is in fine condition.
