This is a Great Old ca 1900's - 1910's Western Penitentiary Guard Badge from Pittsburgh, PA # 3PA state Seal at Center. 

Circa 1900s - 1910s.

Approximately 2-3/8" x 1-3/4".

Chrome-plated nickel.

Vertical kick Pin with forked locking catch.
