Great Old 1910s Philadelphia PA Special Police Badge No3-8th District Rare

This is a Great Old 1910's Philadelphia Pennsylvania Special Police Badge No.3 - 8Th District Rare. Used By the Department Through at least the Mid - 1930's when this Badge was refurbished and Chrome plated. Originally Nickel-Plated Brass.
