This is a Great Old 1910's - 1920's Metuchen New Jersey Police Sergeant Badge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910's - 1920's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold Plated Copper Plated Nickel, with Gold Plated Copper SERGEANT Panel. All of the Gold plated, and most of the Gold plating has been polished off of the obverse.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with tongue-type 'C' catch.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The badge shows minor to moderate wear, and most of the gold plating has been polished off of the obverse.
