ARTIFACT: This is a great, large 1955-56 Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Special Deputy Sheriff Badge. The shield-shaped badge is made of chrome plated brass and has a five pointed star in the middle that has the number "154" and is dated.

VINTAGE: Circa 1955-56

SIZE: Size: 3-1/4" x 2-1/4

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with locking drop-in swivel catch.

MARKINGS: "MILWAUKEE CO. SPECIAL 154. 55-56 DEPUTY SHERIFF."

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Light wear on the obverse, some tarnish on the reverse.
