This is a great early World War II North Africa RAF Sweetheart wing of a scarab beetle at the center of an RAF wing. It was locally made out of ivory and silver wire in 1942.
VINTAGE:Circa 1942
SIZE:About 1" x 2-3/4"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Ivory and silver wire.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with over-under catch
