This is a great early World War II Federal Bureau of Investigation Civilian Defense Course for Police diploma along with a typewritten 1942 cover letter. The recipient of both items was Earl R. Pillman, who completed the six day training course in January, 1942.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The diploma has a few minor spots of discoloration and creases at the corners; cover letter has minor yellowing and creasing.
