This is a Great, Rare, Early 1970's US Department of Justice Bureau of Narcotics & Dangerous Drugs Agent Badge # 35214 by Blackinton.
These Badge were originally issued in pinback, but the most were changed to Clip back by Blackinton at the factory, such as this example. In1973 BNDD was merged with all remaining Federal Narcotics Agencies to form the DEA Drug Enforcement Administration.

Early 1970's.
