Description
Great circa 1982 Wheeling, West Virginia Police Chaplain Badge Wallet and Credentials of Reverend Joseph Jamula. The chrome badge reads: "CHAPLAIN WHEELING POLICE W. VA." and the center depicts a round enameled circle that features the State Seal of West Virginia in nice color details and reads: "STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA". The photo ID badge reads: "WHEELING POLICE DEPARTMENT Date Issued 9/10/82 WHEELING WEST VIRGINIA" and is issued to: "REV. JOSEPH JAMULA" and signed by the Chief of Police and shows a photo of the Reverend. The reverse of the ID card shows his personal identifying characteristics (DOB, Height, Weight, Hair/Eye Color, Race, Appointed, Rank) left and right index fingerprint and the bottom displays his signature. Both the ID card and the badge are contained nicely within a silk-lined, leather wallet with a piece of velvet in the center for the surface protection of the badge. The badge can be removed from the wallet, the reverse findings are a clip.
