Great Ca. 1910's - 20's Large Hemingray Insulator, 2-Piece #CD 304/310, "Coolie Hat"

Great circa 1910's ??? 20's large, Hemingray Insulator, two-piece #CD 304/310, also known as the "Coolie Hat". The top piece (CD 304) of the insulator reads: "HEMINGRAY PATENT MAY 2, 1883". The sleeve, CD 310 is unembossed. This example consists of a blue base and green top, the colors are very similar and in certain light, it is difficult to see a color variation at all.

Approximately Top: 9" (base diameter) x 4" top diameter; Sleeve 8" tall x 2-1/2" (top diameter) x 5-1/2" (base diameter)

8+ (Excellent): The insulator shows minor to moderate wear, On 304: 1 tooth nicked, and small flake at top: does not detract too much, 310 has light clouding inside top, may clean off, no other major chips, rubs, or surface cracks, overall excellent condition.

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
