Description
Unidentified large, almost 3-D American Indian Chief Badge from Glacier National Park in silver plated brass. Possibly an early ranger hat or breast badge. The chief is wearing a beautifully detailed feather headdress, around his neck a pendant, and he bears a strong facial expression. Beneath him it reads: "GLACIER NAT'L PARK"
VINTAGE:Circa 1910's - 1920's.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in height x 1-1/2" in width and 1/2" in depth.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with 'C' catch.
