ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1890's or early 1900's Ohio State Police Badge from West Andover, Ohio. It is actually a Horse Thief Detective Association Badge. 

VINTAGE: Circa 1890s- early 1900s.

SIZE: About 1" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue type 'C' catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.
