This is a Great Circa 1900 Chicago Fire Department Admit to Fire Line Badge #1410. Also known as a Fire Lines Badge. 

Circa 1900.

Approximately 2-1/4" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

Gilt Brass with nickel findings.

Vertical pin with tongue type C catch.
