ARTIFACT: This is a scarce 1913 New Hampshire licensed chauffeur badge. The badge is oval and is enameled in white and the numbers were done in a dark green.

VINTAGE: Circa 1913.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" wide by 7/8" high.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel accents.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with a "C" catch. Pin and catch are both broken.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): The badge has moderate crazing and discoloration to the enamel and heavy tarnishing.
