This is a Great 1905 Series Chicago Police Retirement Badge with Leather Case & Original Owners WWII Dog Tags. Issued in 1979 to Earl O. Triantis, a Illinois native who served in the US Army Infantry in World War II.
VINTAGE:Circa 1905s.
SIZE:Approximately Badge: 2-5/8" in height x 2-11/16" in height Wallet: 4" x 3-1/2" Dog Tags: 2" x 1-1/8"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass, painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.

CONDITION:8 (Very Fine - Excellent): The badge shows minor to little wear and in excellent condition, dog tags are oxidized and has green area, case shows minor to little wear, overall very fine+ condition.
