Great 1880's - 1890's Old West Deputy Sheriff 6 point star shaped badge by Kansas City Missouri maker, Allen Stamp & Seal Co. The badge reads: "DEPUTY SHERIFF" in HAND STAMPED black painted lettering and shows a nice embellishment in the center. The reverse reads: "ALLEN STAMP & SEAL CO. KANSAS CITY".

Circa 1900.

Approximately 2-1/8" x 2-1/8".

Nickeled nickel, black paint.

Vertical safety style pin with 'C' type catch.
