This is a Gorgeous 1940's Santa Paula CA Police Sergeant Badge with 1964 Credentials Also for Badge #With Harold N. Barker Credential. Hal, as he is known to his friends, was eventually Sheriff of El Dorado County, California. Sergeant Barker wore this badge for 3 years until he became Captain of Police in Santa Paula.
VINTAGE:1940's - 1960's.
SIZE:Approximately Badge:3-3/8" in height x 2-3/8" in width. Credentials: 2-3/8" in height x 2-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt & Nickled Brass with Hard fired enamel. Plastic, paper, photo, ink.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.
