This is a Gorgeous 1920's Toledo, Ohio Police Detective Badge by the Roulet Co. Heavy Rolled Gold Front, Light Gold Wash over Brass Back mostly worn off.
*Heavy Rolled Gold is a base metal as brass with a thin plate of gold rolled over it.
VINTAGE:
1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/4" in height x 1-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Heavy Rolled Gold Front, Light Gold Wash over Brass Back mostly worn off, and blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
