Description

ARTIFACT:

Fun 1960's – 1970's large Chisholm Trail Vigilante badge from Fort Worth, Texas. The six-point star badge reads: "VIGILANTE" in the center and surrounding it reads: "CHISHOLM TRAIL COWTOWN U.S.A." in black detailed lettering. The Chisholm Trail was a post-Civil War trail that Texan rancher used to drive cattle to Kansas.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1960's – 1970's

SIZE:

Approximately 3-3/16" x 2-3/4"

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome-plated brass, black paint

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop-in locking swivel catch
