ARTIFACT: This is a Fabulous circa 1900 Webb City Missouri Deputy Marshal 6 Point Star Badge. This Badge it being shown worn by the Deputy Marshal in the photograph above by the man seated at Left in the front Row. The photo is a copy, but a well-done one, of a period photo, circa 1900. We only have one copy, which will go along with whichever of the 2 badges in the image sells first.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated brass with painted letter.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. We only have one copy of photograph, which will go along with whichever of the 2 badges in the image sells first. MBEJZ20 LAFGEX12/06/21

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine - Very Fine): It looks like the Jewelers' Black in the lettering has caused a patination reaction around the lettering.
