ARTIFACT: This is an extremely rare circa early 1890s M1892 United States Marine Corps enlisted man kepi, or hat, EG&A badge. The eagle, globe and anchor badge is in Lemon gilt brass.

VINTAGE: Circa 1892.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Bendable prongs. One pair is missing.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Marine Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJJX13 LABGEX3/13 SLIGEX01/03/24

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The EGA shows some light to medium wear and tarnish and has a tiny spot of oxidation.
