This is an Extremely Rare Pre - World War I Belgian Air Force Aerostier/Balloon Crew Enlisted Cap Badge.

Pre - World War I.

Approximately 15/16" in height x 5/8" in width.

Silver Plated Brass.

Two wire prongs meant to go through the uniform material and bend into place.
