ARTIFACT:

This is a Extremely Rare Late 19th Century Department of Justice Handcuffs. Key is old replacement. To open cuffs, the key needs to press hard and turned counterclockwise.

VINTAGE:

Late 19th Century.

SIZE:

Approximately 9" in length x 4-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Iron.

ATTACHMENT:

Chain, lock with key.
