This is an Extremely Rare Early 1950's PAPER MATE Pen Co. Culver City California Large Police Patrolman Badge # 2.

Early 1950's.

Approximately 3-3/8" in height x 2-1/2" in width.

Gilt brass with hard fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
