ARTIFACT:

This is an Extremely Rare 1945 Imperial Japanese Navy Pair of Signal Flags from Yokosuka Submarine Base Corps.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII 1945.

SIZE:

Approximately Flag: 11-5/8" in height x 10" in width. Handle: 5 x 5/8" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silk/Cotton hand sewn on the wood stick, and ink and nail.

ATTACHMENT:

Wood stick.

7 (Very Fine): The flags shows minor to moderate wear, and white flag is especally worn. Overall, this is a very rare
