Ext. Rare 1920's USMC E.M. Collar or Overseas Cap EG&A in 'Wild" Pattern

Extremely rare 1920's United States Marine Corps Enlisted Man collar or overseas cap Eagle, Globe, and Anchor in 'wild' pattern. This is only the 3rd example of this type that I have seen and it has been slightly modified by the owner, the eagle is tilted forward and the wings swept up.
