Exquisite WWII CBI-Made USAAF Pilot Wing in Bullion with Pinback

This is an exquisite World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot wing in shimmering silver bullion. The wing was made in the China-Burma-India theatre and has a pin-back.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 3-1/32" in width by 7/8" in height.

Silk embroidered in bullion threads, paper, plated brass.

British kick (Y) pin with C catch, holes in plate where wing is attached.
