This is an early World War II United States Army Air Forces observer wing by A.E. Company. The wing is in sterling silver and is fairly heavy.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, brass catches.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with covered clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:STERLING A.E. CO. UTICA N.Y.
